The Starter tier advertises US$1,000 in credits for eligible early-stage startups with working AI products and near-term GPU needs. Credits can be used on Pods, Serverless, Clusters and Storage. A separate Growth promotion requires a US$50,000 upfront commitment for US$25,000 bonus credits; that customer-funded route is not part of the free Starter award.
